The Ramform Explorer was the first seismic vessel to tow eight streamers and then the first to tow 12 streamers. It was also the first vessel to acquire over 1000 sq. km in a month and the first vessel to acquire over 100 sq. km in a single day. She was first launched in 1995 and upgraded in 2010.
